How do I make a worksheet?
On the home screen, describe what you want — for example, “counting to 10 with dinosaurs” or “lowercase letter tracing.” You can type it or tap the microphone to dictate. Choose the child’s age, then tap to generate. When it’s ready you can preview, print, save, or share it.
The worksheet didn’t come out the way I expected.
Worksheets are created with AI, so results can vary and occasionally contain mistakes. Try generating again, or rephrase your request to be more specific (for example, name the skill, the number range, or a theme). Please always review a worksheet before giving it to a child.
How many worksheets can I make?
Worksheet Bird includes a daily allowance of free worksheets. If you reach the limit, you can try again the next day or upgrade to Worksheet Bird Pro for more. Allowances can change over time as we tune the service.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. To view, change, or cancel, open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions — or open the App Store, tap your profile, and choose Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before a renewal to avoid being charged for the next period.
I paid but don’t see my Pro features. How do I restore my purchase?
Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple Account you used to subscribe, then use Restore Purchases on the upgrade screen. If it still doesn’t appear, email us and we’ll help.
How do I print or save a worksheet?
From the worksheet preview, use the share button to print via AirPrint, save the pages to your Photos library, or share the PDF to another app. Saved images appear in your device’s Photos.
The microphone or dictation isn’t working.
Dictation needs microphone and speech-recognition permission. Open iOS Settings → Worksheet Bird and make sure both are enabled. Speech is processed on your device by Apple; we only use the resulting text.
What about my data and privacy?
We collect as little as possible and never sell your data. The full details are in our Privacy Policy. To remove everything stored on your device, delete a profile in the app or uninstall Worksheet Bird. For access or deletion requests, email us.
