Terms of Service
Last updated: June 15, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Worksheet Bird (“Worksheet Bird,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Worksheet Bird iOS app and related services (the “Service”). By downloading or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The short version
- Worksheet Bird is a tool for adults to create printable worksheets for children.
- Worksheets are AI-generated — always review them before giving them to a child.
- You may use the worksheets you create for personal, family, and classroom use.
- Optional subscriptions renew automatically through your Apple account until you cancel.
- The Service is provided “as is,” and there are limits on our liability.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to accept these Terms and to make any purchase. The Service is intended for use by parents, guardians, teachers, and other adults creating worksheets for children. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. License to use the Service
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. This license is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard End User License Agreement (EULA) described in Section 9.
3. Worksheets you create
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may print, copy, and use the worksheets you generate with the Service for your own personal, family, and educational (including classroom) use. You are responsible for reviewing each worksheet for accuracy and age-appropriateness before use. You may not resell the worksheets, redistribute them at scale, or present the Service’s output as your own commercial product.
4. Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Submit prompts that are unlawful, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that exploit or endanger children;
- Infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others;
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent rate limits or security measures of the Service;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law;
- Use the Service to develop a competing product, or scrape or harvest data from it; or
- Use automated means to access the Service in a way that exceeds normal personal use.
We may apply fair-use limits (such as a daily worksheet-generation limit) and may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated.
5. AI-generated content & no professional advice
Worksheets are created using artificial-intelligence models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. The Service is an aid for creating practice materials — it is not professional, educational, medical, or developmental advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing all worksheets before giving them to a child. Because AI can generate similar content for different users, we do not guarantee that any worksheet is unique to you.
6. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
The Service offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (“Worksheet Bird Pro”), which unlock additional features. The following applies to subscriptions purchased through the App Store:
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period (for example, monthly or yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and again at each renewal. Current pricing is shown in the app before you buy.
- Managing & cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
- Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple; refund requests are subject to Apple’s policies. We do not separately process payments or store your payment details.
- Free allowance. Any free worksheet allowance, trial, or daily limit may change over time at our discretion.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including the app, its design, branding (including “Worksheet Bird”), and underlying software, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights. You retain ownership of the prompt text you submit; you grant us a limited license to use it to operate and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it. By using the Service, you consent to those practices.
9. Apple-specific terms (EULA)
The app is licensed, not sold, to you, and your license is the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), as supplemented by these Terms. You acknowledge that:
- These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple;
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app;
- In the event the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation;
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app, including product-liability, regulatory, or intellectual-property claims; and
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY WORKSHEET WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR CHILD OR PURPOSE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORKSHEET BIRD AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $50. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Worksheet Bird and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 10, 11, 12, and 14) will continue to apply.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where local consumer-protection laws require otherwise. The courts located in Florida will have jurisdiction over disputes that are not subject to binding arbitration or small-claims resolution, to the extent permitted by law.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
